December, 2007
Where to start. Third and fourth graders paired up to read Christmas stories to small groups of underclassmen. At the end of each reading, the children made a craft which was inspired by the story they had just heard. By the end of the round robin, children had heard thirteen stories and had a bag full of crafts to bring home.

Winter came in quite early dumping enough snow for us to have incredible recesses mainly because our PTO bought each classroom sleds and snowboards. THANK YOU PTO.

On the Thursday before Christmas break we invited parents in for a Holiday Sing Along with hot chocolate and cookies. It was a wonderful experience, one that we will probably put on our must do every year list.

Please scroll down and enjoy the faces of children who are enjoying teaching, learning, creating and just plain having fun!
