Harvest Festival 2003
Harvest Festival 2003 could not have been any better. The weather was absolutely incredible, blue skies and sunshine all day. At the Town Hall there was an exhibition of artwork depicting the town of Temple.

There were numerous craft tables with items for sale. Game and craft tables for children to use free of charge were everywhere. The Fire Department put on their famous barbecue chicken lunch. And once again the Temple School served their famous Harvest vegetable soup, vegetable chowder, chile, sausage, pepper and onion subs, and this year for the first time, warm apple crisp with whipped cream. That was a hit!!! We also sold our Kidzcando Crafts which consisted of old favorites like, stuffed pumpkins, black cats, and turkeys, pins, fall doilies, cookie mix in a jar, pumpkin bread, butter crunch; and new soon to be favorites like felt leaf decorations, nature necklaces, green haired monsters, and candy corn flower pots.

It wasn't just the "young" kids who had a blast! Children of all ages can have fun at the Harvest Festival.
Every year the Temple School booth is overflowing with crafts and food. Teachers, parents, and former students always volunteer to help out. Being a part of Temple School means experiencing the Harvest Festival!
