On October 31, 2003, yes that's right, Halloween night, the Playground Committee along with TES employees made pizza deliveries to Temple residents. This is the second year that Jack's Pizza in Greenville (878-3000) has helped us with this fundraiser. Orders were taken through the school and at the Temple Store. There was a five dollar delivery fee, but for people who NEVER have anything delivered this was a treat. Many of our customers were even more generous than that. They were so generous in fact that we raised a total of $450.00. The money raised will be used to purchase playground equipment for the elementary school.
