Third and fourth grade students from Temple and Dublin will contribute to a giant mural at Monadnock Community Hospital. They will be adding “comforting images” to a 150 foot mural.

Third grade students from throughout the district will have visitors from the Lend-An-Ear Program. The program brings musicians to the schools to share music and to introduce the students to various instruments. The program is sponsored by Monadnock Music.

Temple third and fourth graders will participate in Theater Games.

Fourth graders from Antrim will create Travel Brochures about various regions in New Hampshire.

Title I/Reading Recovery students from PES will make Biography Puppets after reading biographies.

Fourth grade students from AES will make Composer Puppets after learning about various composers in their Music class.

Third grade students from PES will create Leprechauns using geometry skills.

Third graders from HES will create MR. FAB (Mammal, Reptile, Fish, Amphibian, Bird) books after studying about the different classifications of animals.
Greenfield first grade students will create a huge Indian Elephant Puppet and have their hands painted with henna as part of a unit study about India.

Greenfield second grade students will write and create a collaborative Kamishibai story and design Fish Kites as part of a unit of study about Japan.

Greenfield third grade and kindergarten students will create a huge collaborative Panda Puppet and make individual dragon puppets as part of a unit of study about China.

Greenfield fourth grade students will learn about the crafts and art work of Vietnam and create their own Vietnamese crafts.

First grade students from AES will write and illustrate their own books about Weather.

Greenfield and Temple students will be treated to storytelling sessions with Len Cabral.

Greenfield students will listen to Asian stories told by Motoko.

Students from PES, TPS and AES will visit the Peterborough Town House for an exhibit titled, “Engaging Waters” hosted by students from Franklin Pierce College. They will learn about water resources and water conservation.

First grade students from AES will create their own coloring books related to Healthy Habits.

Fourth grades students from PES will make flag-style Mammal Books after researching New Hampshire mammals.

Dublin students will begin a mini-residency with Ethan Hamby from Rooted-in-Clay. They will be designing their own Tea Bowls.
