As an integral part of the science curriculum, ConVal students will use appropriate tools, technology, and techniques to gather, analyze, interpret, and share data. They will utilize technology as a tool for:
• Extending and enhancing their senses
• Supporting and personalizing their learning process
• Enhancing and expanding communication, interaction, and collaboration
• Researching - accessing information and processing data
• Publishing and sharing information
• Increasing productivity
• Supporting their creativity and self-expression
• Aiding in problem solving and decision making
At the same time they will experience the power and limitations of newer forms of technology.
